Summer at last!

Sipping a drink under sun umbrellas -that really serves as SUN umbrellas- here is a sign that this is summer in Luxembourg, at last!

Morning window

That is what the bedrom window looks like at the moment. No roller blind fixed yet. Just one simple sheet. Morning light enhances gracious folds, which makes the window appear surprisingly poetic. 

Stormy sky

This evening, there is a storm brewing.

Almost surreal.

Powerful.

Elsewhere

Somewhere in Luxembourg. 

But couldn't it be somewhere else, like in Tel Aviv, with one of these Bauhaus style houses? 

Just dreaming out loud.

Singing in the rain

What I like above all is "urban poetry" as would say Claire. And this is literally what happened on one evening. I heard some people gathering and chatting. In the same time and at the same place, a furniture van stopped by. People there, in blue outfit, started opening the back doors of the van to take chairs, music stands and musical instruments out and dispose them in a half-circle. Thats was it: a surprise concert! How great was it: we need this kind of things to cheer us up during this kind-of-grey summer.

Alpha Brasserie

One of my favourite place in Luxembourg is Brasserie Alpha. Indeed, their club sandwiches are delicious and the atmosphere is confy thanks to the decor very much "Art Déco". Am sure am not the only one to appreciate them!
