Duck breast of May 1st / Le magret de canard du 1er mai

There is no Luxembourg tradition whatsoever of a duck breast of May 1st. Let's say I made it up and that, well, for a special day as May 1st I wanted a special dish.
Il y n'y a en aucune façon une tradition luxembourgeoise de magret de canard du 1er mai. Disons que que l'ai imaginé et que, bon, pour un jour particulier tel que le 1er mai je voulais un plat spécial.

Actually, I am quite proud of the result, both for the visual and taste aspects.
