Design City Luxembourg: Edition 0

"Design City Luxembourg, Edition 0", an outdoor design exhibition taking place in Luxembourg City, will officially begin this coming April 23rd, 2010. I saw however something while walking on Avenue de la Liberté which makes me think that this exhibition is already in process of installation.
"Design City Luxembourg, Edition 0", une exposition design en plein air se déroulant dans la ville de Luxembourg, commencera officiellement le 23 avril 2010 prochain. Cependant, en me promenant avenue de la Liberté, j'ai vu quelque chose qui me fait penser que cette exposition est déjà en train d'être installée...

...two giantdarts or floting corks sit at Place des Martyrs.
...deux flêchettes géantes ou bouchons flottants siègent Place des Martyrs.
